A leadership-facing dashboard that consolidates ten data sources — paid media, e-commerce, sentiment, share of voice, surveys — into a single 5-page scorecard for the QL leadership team. AI handles the synthesis, sentiment, and pattern-spotting that would otherwise take analyst hours each week.
How it was built
React + TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers. Cron-triggered ETL pulling Meltwater, Klear, GA4, Polar, Meta, Zendesk, Statusbrew. D1 + KV cache.
